Master Plan
TO ALL MY DOUBTERS!
If you think I'm slacking, then you are soooooooooooooo wrong! because I'm still continuing my plan, its just that I haven't had much time to blog about it. Well personally, its already been 3 weeks since I started. So far I have lost 2 KG , the first week was pure running on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and Sunday, each day was a 5km run and that reduced 1kg off my body.
The next week I didn't really run much, concentrated more on my eating habits, tried to eat lesser, and it reduced my weight by another 1 KG
So now I am officially 74KG.
My goal at the end of December is to be 70KG, that's 4 more KG, I BELIEVE I CAN DO IT! GAMBATTE
